You guys kicked out the jams at the Sustain-a-Ball! Any band that can rock like that without even a drummer there - you get my compliments. Really like the instrument switch and that song Longshot. Great stuff will see you soon

Thanks so much for coming to Tavern Tan's Godfrey's show, and we're glad
you enjoyed it! As for the Fez Monkey Totems, well, one of the many
answers you may hear is this:
The Tan has always been fascinated by monkeys and monkey imagery,
particularly the long history that fez-wearing monkeys share with old
organ grinder street entertainers, Shriners and Freemasons, and lounge
lizards everywhere...the song "Monkey with a Fez On" contains some
allusions to this history and was the first Tavern Tan song composed on
the spot by all members of the band! Ever since then, the Fez Monkey
totems follow us everywhere we go...and like The Tanners, sometimes they
smoke, sometimes they dont, sometimes they smile, sometimes they
don't...but they are always ready, willing and able to ROCK!

First time at Godfreys with Cherie last night. What an awesome laidback setting and you guys rocked. I loved the blues rock. You had a very tight sound. Keep up the good work and see you at music fest! Do you ever play in Doylestown?
